Specialty Classes are for anyone interested in exploring a targeted area of practice, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Topics and themes may include core stability, shoulder health, low back care, Pilates for golfers, postpartum Pilates, hypermobility management, running-specific conditioning, Yoga Nidra, sound bath or sound healing experiences, and other offerings inspired by the needs and requests of our community. All Specialty Classes are designed to be accessible and scalable, so students can participate safely and effectively at their own level.

Intention
The intention of Power Pilates Reformer is to create strong, resilient, and capable bodies through sustained effort and intelligent programming. This class emphasizes strength under fatigue, muscular endurance, and efficient movement, leaving students feeling empowered and accomplished.

Best suited for students with prior Pilates experience and those looking for a more challenging, athletic class. Ideal for anyone who enjoys a fast-paced workout, likes to sweat, and wants to build strength and stamina. Modifications and progressions are offered, but expect a strong physical challenge.
