THE METHOD
Explore our class types, thoughtfully designed around how you want to feel and move.
At Studio Love, we organize classes into Series to create clarity, consistency, and intention across all modalities, including yoga, mat Pilates, and apparatus Pilates.
Discover the series
Rather than grouping classes by equipment or format, our series system organizes classes by experience and intention. This allows students to choose classes based on how they want to feel, what their body needs, and what type of experience they are seeking each day.
Start Here Series
Foundational classes designed to introduce core principles, alignment, and basic movement patterns in a clear, approachable way.
-
The intention of the Start Here Series is to build confidence, understanding, and a strong movement foundation. These classes emphasize learning, exploration, and proper technique.
-
Clear instruction, simpler sequences, slower pacing, and opportunities to ask questions or receive extra guidance.
-
Perfect for beginners, students new to Studio Love, or anyone revisiting fundamentals. Masters always revisit the basics.
