STUDIO POLICIES

OUR POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

We enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel, please do so more than 12 hours before the class.

What are late-cancellations?

If you do not cancel your class prior to the 12-hour window before class, that will be classified as a late cancellation.

Late cancellation will result in losing the credits used to book the class.

No Show

Failing to attend class without canceling or late canceling will result in the loss of the class credit along with a $10 no show fee.  We appreciate you making every effort to cancel if you can’t attend, as it allows us to give your spot to another community member.

How to Cancel

Please cancel your spot through your account in the Studio Love app, on our website or reach out to the front desk for assistance.

Why we have this policy?

These guidelines help ensure fairness for members who may be waiting for a spot and support the sustainability of our small business.

That said, we’re all human, and we know life happens. If something unexpected comes up and it’s not a regular occurrence, please reach out. Our goal is not to profit from missed classes. Our goal is to create equal access to classes and minimize empty spots when others are waiting.

We want the studio to work for you, not the other way around. If something feels unclear or unfair, talk to us. We’re here to support you.

Communication

We are a small team. We do our best to respond as promptly as possible. We do not respond to emails over the weekend unless urgent. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response; however, we make an effort to respond promptly whenever possible. All membership or account-related questions must be communicated via email. We do not respond to such inquiries over social media.

Arriving Late

We encourage arriving on time, and ideally a few minutes early, so you can settle in, breathe, and start class from a place of presence rather than rush.

We understand that life happens. You spill your coffee. You hit unexpected traffic. You get stuck behind a school bus. It happens. Coming to class a little late is better than not coming at all, and you will always be welcomed with kindness and without judgment.

That said, for safety reasons, we have a 5-minute late arrival cutoff.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class start time, you will not be permitted to enter class. At that point, the warm-up has passed and bodies are preparing for more complex movements. Entering without a proper warm-up increases risk of injury, and instructors are unable to modify class flow for late arrivals.

New Students

If it’s your first time at Studio Love, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. This allows time for check-in, orientation, and setup. If a new student arrives late, they will not be admitted to class.
